The Frida Cafe a small intimate Coffee Cafe, inspired by Frida Kahlo a Mexican painter known for her many portraits, self-portraits, works inspired by nature and her love for great food.

The Frida Cafe was created to be an engaging and inspiring place for guests to reconnect with one another over world-class coffee and wholesome food.

Here we serve our signature Slow roasted sweet & sour brisket dishes, Avo on toast, all day breakfasts and drinks, along with our freshly roasted coffee. Our style is relaxed and friendly. Come down for a coffee with the morning paper, a mimosa with brunch or just a smoothy after gym.

Frida Kahlo

(6 July 1907 – 13 July 1954)

was a Mexican painter known for her many portraits, self-portraits, and works inspired by the nature and artifacts of Mexico. Inspired by the country’s popular culture, she employed a naïve folk art style to explore questions of identity, postcolonialism, gender, class, and race in Mexican society. Her paintings often had strong autobiographical elements and mixed realism with fantasy.
